Refund policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, THIS POLICY APPLIES FOR ALL SALES INCLUDING ONLINE, INSTORE & THROUGH ANY SOCIAL PLATFORM.

Our business is operated on an ALL SALES FINAL POLICY, a refund, exchange or credit will only be issued for a faulty or damaged item on arrival, not for a change of mind, incorrect size, or an item that’s been worn, we do advise that you double check your order for correct items and sizing before purchase.

On the very rare occasion an item could be faulty or damaged on arrival or during transit, you must contact us within the first working day of receiving your order, anything after this we are no longer liable as it could have been damaged by the buyer, If your order is lost in transit which we confirm with our courier we will immediately issue a full refund or replacement order at no extra charge.

Once your order has been submitted we will have immediately started our sourcing or packaging process therefore unfortunately there is no option of cancellation. Please be indefinitely certain of your order before placement.
